My vision is to make a difference by creating services and systems that are purposeful to the user. I explore ways to understand people’s experiences and optimize human insights using statistics to make complex observations simpler and easier to understand.
I bring strong listening skills and a supportive approach to collaboration,
which helps ensure everyone’s voice is heard, ultimately leading to well-rounded, inclusive decision-making. I bring accessibility expertise thanks to my Human-Technology Interaction master’s degree and my work at the Finnish Stuttering Association.
I specialize in Digital Services & Business that focus on improving User Experiences. The primary tools & languages I use are Adobe, Figma, Mural, Marvel, HTML, and CSS. For Accessibility audits I follow WCAG: text accessibility, color contrast, image alt text, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, and ARIA attributes.

Started as UX/UI Developer (May-September 23) with UI design of different web pages and web functionalities and frontend developing and building functional web pages.

Measures to respond to feedback received regularly in IT surveys included solving user challenges in finding IT-related information, unifying and properly structuring IT-related instructions and materials, improving the current flows of the service portal and correcting existing problems with our supplier and help improving current issues in setting up meeting rooms, etc.

Designing and developing value-creating digital interactions between Business Finland & its customers. Improve the digital user experience at a concrete level. The goal is to improve business development. Engage in the workshops and develop digital touchpoints further based on agreed ideas. Assist in other ongoing internal projects.
Java Bootcamp at Experis Academy Finland.
2021
Java Bootcamp program that lasts for one month. Accelerated learning period combine theory, practical case work in Java with our partner Noroff, where the educational program is based on principles such as accelerated training and flipped classroom. During this month period participants will learn and deepen their skills in Java 8 and different frameworks such as Git, Maven, Spring, REST & SOAP.
The Finnish Stuttering Association (FSA)
2019 – present
I’m a board member for The Finnish Stuttering Association (FSA), In which I produce content for the association’s Facebook & Instagram pages. I help out with website maintenance & mentor for the Helsinki metropolitan area support group speech club.

My main tasks were customer software support, user manual maintenance, testing, system configuration and updating. Other primarily tasks were documentation, marketing planning and implementation using mostly Hubspot CRM system.
